Kurtz has done some work on home brew stuff, so has a few others so maybe they have some good libs you could use to take some grunt work out of it, but I would imagine it is still going to be tedious programming. I would imagine, at this stage, if you had some experience in Assembly you could probably eek something out. well the next hard part would be the device drivers, but you can probably write your own of those. ![]() You should be able to get atleast a graphics demo up from that, and then. But for the beginner you could probably try figuring out what chips were in the Neo Geo and find the Assembler and documentation for those chips. man wouldn't that be amazing to get access too. I would imagine there was/maybe still is a code database of SNK games. ![]() The games have been straight assembly for years, and most recycled libraries and routines. Well, I can't imagine SNK has used a Dev Kit (if ever they did) on the Neo Geo for quite some time. ![]()
